1. Agreement

By using this website or an application published by Aviator Developers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Age requirement

Our games using casino-style mechanics require you to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Each such title presents an age confirmation before play.

3. No real-money gambling

• Our games accept no deposits and offer no purchase of virtual currency.
• Virtual currency cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for money, goods, services or prizes.
• Nothing in our games constitutes gambling, betting or wagering, and no outcome entitles you to any payout.
• Virtual currency is a feature of the software, not property; we may adjust or reset it, and it is lost on uninstall.

4. Simulation, not training

The odds in our games are modelled on real mechanics, but success in a simulated game does not imply or predict success at real-money gambling. Our games are not a training tool. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, seek support from a recognised service in your country.

5. Subscriptions and advertising

Our apps are free to download. Some features are funded by advertising, and a subscription may remove advertising or unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed by the app store under its own terms, renew automatically unless cancelled, and can be cancelled at any time through your store account. A subscription never changes the odds or outcomes in a game.

6. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our applications on devices you control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or create derivative works from them, except where the law permits it regardless.

7. Acceptable use

• No cheats, automation or modified clients to alter app behaviour or balances.
• No attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not present our games or their virtual currency as a real-money service.

8. Availability

We may update, change or discontinue the website or an application at any time, including removing a title from a store. Data is stored locally and we are not obliged to preserve it across updates, reinstalls or device changes.

9. Intellectual property

All code, artwork, sound, text and the Aviator Developers name belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership to you. Names of other companies or products mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for reference only.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Our applications and this site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress or virtual currency. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their use falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
